When I was a little boy, I always took things completely apart and assembled them again, but only with the very essential components. Dad said, I break stuff. I thought most products were obsolete if not ‘updated’ after a while. But things usually worked and looked better, when I was done. And when I failed, it was a good lesson. Little did I know about the power of designing simplicity.
Thirty years later, I find myself doing a similar thing - finding simple solutions to complex issues by breaking them down. Design or Re-design. It’s all about the thoughtful design process that ends in business success and delightful experiences.

INTERNSHIPS
An Intern is a full-time design student at an accredited school in pursuit of a degree/diploma/advanced degree or recent graduates.
Our interns support the design team in all areas.
What do we expect from an intern?
You are a student with a BA or MA in a relevant design discipline. You’re a hard working and fun team player but can work independently and get the job done on time. And it’s really important to have fun at work and love what you do.
What do get out of your internship?
As an intern, you work just as much as anyone else. We treat our interns right and feed them with whatever they need to thrive.
An internship is partly work, but also a cultural experience. You should learn and absorb, inspire and smile. We’ve all been interns ourselves, and believe that it should be a fair exchange between work and play.
Current openings
We do not have any job opportunities for the moment.
If you think you’d be a great addition to our team, please do not hesitate to send us an application. We’re always happy to hear about your talent, and always get back to you personally.
Applications should include a cover letter, resumé/CV and portfolio. But you can also just call to say ‘hi’.
Now you might wonder: What do these guys want me to send? What should I put in the portfolio, what should I omit - and how do I get my foot in the door?
Yeah, we’ve all been there. Every design firm is different, and it all depends on what position you’re applying for.
What we like to see is life experience that you can infuse into your work and design process - how you got to the final result of a project. Why and how did you choose that specific path to come up with your unique design choice. What method or strategy did you apply, and why? Sketches are great, thinking process is important, thoughts and your personal touch are the cherry on the cake. It’s YOUR work after all. Hiring a designer is hiring the skill set, but also the person and brain attached to the competences you want to persuade us with. What makes YOU the only person in the world perfect for the job without being conceited?
We do get a lot of applications, both for internships and jobs. Show us who you are, as a designer and a human being. We love our co-workers, collaborators, and network, and after all you’re also applying to become a part of our family.
Every application, even unsolicited submissions will get a reply. Give it your best shot :)
